How I Got Here
Six years ago, I could not sit through a movie without my lower back screaming at me.
I was 32, desk-bound, and convinced I would just have to live with it. I tried chiropractic (helped, temporarily). I tried physical therapy (helped, cost a fortune). I tried foam rolling on a cheap Amazon roller (did not help, hurt more).
Then a buddy let me borrow his Theragun for a weekend. That Saturday night, for the first time in months, I slept through without waking up from back pain.
That was the moment everything clicked.
I started researching home recovery tech obsessively. Massage guns, red light panels, compression boots, sauna blankets — I bought them, tested them, returned the bad ones, and kept the good ones.
Friends kept asking what to buy. So I started FitNook to put everything in one place.
What FitNook Is (And Is Not)
FitNook is a place for honest, experience-backed reviews of home recovery products.
FitNook is not a place for paid PR fluff or top 10 lists stuffed with affiliate links to products nobody tested.
